# Krishnachandran Ramachandran (Kaezee)

End-to-end product designer. I take products from the first research question to the shipped build: research, strategy, UX, UI, prototypes and front-end.

## What I specialise in

- **End-to-end product design:** one designer across discovery, research, flows, interface, design system and handoff, through to launch and iteration.
- **Behavioural design (behavioral design):** designing around how people actually decide and act. That means habits, motivation, friction, defaults, rewards and trust, so people start using a product and keep using it.
- **Gamification:** game mechanics that serve a real goal. Streaks, rewards, live play and progression in transit, education and commerce products.
- **AI-accelerated product building:** I design and ship with AI tools, taking an idea to a working, testable product in days. This site was designed and built with Claude Code.
- **Regulated and compliance-heavy products:** banking, pensions, fintech and privacy compliance, where a mislabelled control can become a legal problem as well as a design one. Accessibility to WCAG 2.1 AA.
- **Design systems and governance:** token architecture, component libraries and the rules that keep AI-generated UI on-system.

### What kind of work do you take on?

End-to-end product design, for new products and existing ones. I specialise in behavioural design, gamification, design systems and designing with AI, and I've done a lot of work in regulated areas such as banking and compliance.

### How do you work?

Remotely, on projects of any size, from a focused audit to a whole product. I've worked in the UK, including two years in banking, and with teams in the US, Europe, India and Indonesia, so working across time zones and async is normal for me.

### What does end-to-end product design mean for you?

It means one designer, from the first research question to the shipped product. That covers research, strategy, flows, interface, design system, prototypes and handoff, and it carries on after launch as the product evolves.

### What is behavioural design?

It's designing around how people decide and act. Habits, motivation, friction, defaults, rewards and trust decide whether someone starts using a product and keeps using it. The transit quiz and the puzzle game are both built on it.

### How do you use AI in your work?

Mainly to move from an idea to a working product faster. I use AI to build working prototypes and front-ends in days, and to speed up research and testing. The design decisions stay mine. This site was designed and built with Claude Code.
